All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Digital payment methods are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Habib Panjabi House is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our Panjabis. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Cash refunds are not typically provided unless an item is out of stock.
